Find the class that works for your body.

New to the reformer? Start with Foundations.

Looking for your regular practice? Flow is your everyday class. Restore slows things down. Advanced turns things up.

And as NÜWA grows, the schedule may too.

Whichever class you're in, the approach stays the same: your instructor watches, explains and adjusts — so you're not simply following along.

Reformer Foundations

New to reformer Pilates? Start here.

Foundations is an unhurried introduction to the reformer where nothing is assumed.

You'll learn what the springs do, how to set the equipment up for your body, and the foundational movements you'll use again and again.

But beginner doesn't mean easy.

You'll still build strength and challenge your body. You'll simply have more time to understand what you're doing while you do it.

Reformer Flow

Your everyday Pilates class.

Flow is where most of your regular practice happens.

A full-body reformer class built around precision rather than rushing through as many movements as possible. You'll strengthen, mobilize and work your whole body, with exercises adjusted when you need something different that day.

Because your body doesn't arrive exactly the same every Tuesday.

Reformer Restore

For the days your body asks for something different.

Restore moves at a slower, gentler pace, with more time to work through stiffness, mobility and controlled movement.

It's a good place for tired backs, stiff hips, bodies returning after time away — or simply the days when pushing harder isn't what you need.

It's not an easy class. It's a patient one.

Reformer Advanced

When the foundations have become second nature.

Advanced is stronger, faster and more demanding.

There's less time spent explaining the basics and more room for complex movement, increased challenge and a faster progression through the work.

Experience is assumed. If you haven't practised with us before, we'd suggest taking Flow first — not because you need to prove anything, but because Advanced works better when the foundations are already automatic.

Private Pilates

Sometimes the best place to start is one-to-one.

A private session gives your instructor fifty minutes to focus entirely on how you move, introduce the reformer at your pace and adapt the work around your body.

It may be the better starting point if you're older and would benefit from more individual support, returning after an injury or long period without exercise, or simply don't feel ready to begin in a group.

Not sure? Ask us. We’ll recommend the class or session that makes sense for you — not simply the one we want to fill.

Different class.
Same attention.

The pace changes. The exercises change. The challenge changes.

The way we teach doesn't.

Every NÜWA class is built around attentive instruction: watching how you move, helping you understand what you're doing and making adjustments when your body needs them.

You won't disappear into the room while someone counts repetitions from the front.

Pilates that pays attention.
